In the high-altitude regions of Ecuador, the environment provides more than just ideal growing conditions; it provides the foundation for our most meaningful work. We see it as our responsibility to grow with care, to reduce our environmental impact, and to plan with the future generations in mind. That responsibility extends to the people behind every stem. Through our Fair Trade Certified commitment, we support fair wages, safe working conditions, and stronger farming communities. We go beyond, offering education in English, computer literacy, and some trades. Medical and dental centers are available to coworkers and families, as well as an entire community that was built home by home.

While plastic remains a functional necessity in protecting the integrity of our stems, we are committed to balancing its use with meaningful action. Through our partnership with Tidey, we fund the collection and recycling of ocean-bound plastic in high-impact regions.

1:1.1 Impact: For every ounce of plastic used in our packaging, an equivalent amount, plus 10%, is recovered and recycled.
